I probably ridged a bullet on this one but...Stacie told me I could put a holding fee on an apartment and just to keep my receipt in case I don't end up moving in. I go back to let them know I found other arrangements and she says "oh sorry can't get your deposit back it's been too long" I said "but you're the one who told me I could if I kept my receipt" she then informed me that was only good for 72 hours haha which wasn't disclosed in the first place or I never would have put the deposit to hold the apartment. I then ask to speak with management and she says "yea sorry she's not here. Never really is." So she refers me to send management an email. She scribbles an email on a business card and sends me on my way. I emailed the "manager" or whatever email it is I was given and still have yet to hear back and it's been almost a week.

We have lived here 9 months and are very pleased.
In defense of negative comments I have read on other reviews: The laundry room on my floor is clean. The complex does not own the laundry machines, but if residents call the # posted the repair men do take care. The prices did go up for a while, but management requested the price be dropped and it was..
Parking is tad limited just like every other complex I know of. Residents who have cars now have stickers to avoid an over flow of abandoned cars or excess vistors overstaying like I have seen elsewhere. Not every resident that lives here drives.
I have read nasty reviews about roaches like I read from every where.in theis city. In 8 months I have only seen 3- 1 at a time after I have not done my weekly bleach done the drain trick. In case I did request pest control. I suggest those who have a roach problem anywhere they leave how to not feed the roaches and report promptly,
I also keep sugary food in the refrigerator.

The enclosed play ground area is very nice. I personally have seen a number of very young children and no parent for a short time That scares me for them. Parents seemed to have learned supervise.kids better.
The machines in the work out room that were damaged from water damage above it have been repaired and the room is open for residents enjoyement.
The pool is awesome during the summer. It did have to be closed a few times because a few of our neighbors seemed to have parties with far too many people over the limit who did some damage. Maintance appropriately did some extra work to refresh the water for safety. ( YMCA pull people out of their pools all the time to check the levels to bacteria.) It saw the water checked every day last summer. When it was shut down it had to be treated.

The increase safety they installed coded locks on the doors. Resedents do need to learn to be careful to not allow strangers in nor give out the code.
New carpets in the hallway are very nice.
