I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before renting an apartment from Camelback Pointe. Come take a look at their grounds, there really is dog poop and dead grass everywhere. If you live on the second or third floor, you'll have the pleasure of using broken, unsafe concrete stairs that haven't fixed in months. I agree with another reviewer that this complex is way too over priced for the quality and maintenance of this place.
My husband and I have lived in this complex for going on four years now, and Camelback Pointe has had four different Community Directors since then. The quality of living and communication seems to decline with each one. The maintenance issues are endless and recently we have been dealing with our air conditioner leaking freon and not blowing cool air for 10 months. It's beyond frustrating when you follow every protocol they have in place to report maintenance issues and they drop the ball every time.
Again, I would strongly advise you to think twice before moving to Camelback Pointe. It's an overpriced, unkept apartment complex that only seems to care about leasing to new residents instead of maintaining the complex and keeping the residents they currently have.
Landscaping not maintained, apartment repairs not assessed in a timely manner, the staff treats you like customer returns at a Walmart, cheap built units, but the front range view is gorgeous
