This place is awful.
Regular water shut offs (monthly- sometimes twice a month) due to lack of properly addressing water main issues.
Staff placates and is highly incompetent. The service ends once you are signed.
There were trees to block buildings west side, those are gone- no reason given even after it was promised they wouldn't be taken.
(Also, the lowest bidder tree service openly mocked my disabled child as she screamed for the trees outside her window being taken. Staff did nothing about that, either.)
Amenities listed are false: the printers in the business center haven't worked in over a year.
The "heated" pool is not heated.
The hot tub is often out if service.
Neither is ever cleaned.
Nothing is done about the constant noise in the parking lot, and I'm talking about on regular week nights, not just weekends.
The hallways and staircase carpets are dirty/oily.
Trash from the dumpsters is always all over the grounds.
And though Air Conditioning is listed, it's actually a mid-20th century chiller unit that is only activated some of the summer time...that thermostat on the wall is virtually useless.
Last year it was turned off at the end of August, so we sat sweating through the hottest September in recent history. They have promised (heh, yeah, we'll see) that they will not switch over to hot water until the end of September this year (2017), but it doesn't matter because we've been without a functioning unit since June. Still waiting on that.
Not that they contact or reply about any of that. You just have to go sit and wait your turn to speak with someone at the front office...if there's anyone there. If there is someone there, you'll wait a while because they are tied up in turnarounds for hours at a time.
Oh, the hot water I mentioned is the hot element that pipes through the old air system the other 9 months a year. Have a warm day? Nothing you can do about it, the boiling hit water us always there, next to the bathrooms with no vent fans.

The management staff is polite, personable, and friendly with any concerns or work needed. I know they are busy and thank them for their time that they give me.

Staff is excellent. Ammenities and convenience is excellent. Maintenance crew is excellent. But infrastructure such as electricity and a/c is very old and NEEDS to be updated.. May be the only reason i dont renew my lease. Having no control of your a/c can be extremely uncomfortable and frustrating.

The apartment itself is good and the staff are always nice and helpful; however, the price is high. I was told when I moved in that my rent would be 778 (not too terrible). Unfortunately I am charged 782 (no big deal) + common utilities. I wasn't anticipating $100/month for utilities. I understand paying for trash removal and things but $100 is a lot. With Co springs utilities and this combined I'm paying about $1,000/month to live in a mediocre apartment... not worth the cost!

The maintenance is very slow, and several small issues with thing around the apartment such as crooked cupboards, broken toilet chain, unsealed toilet.
we were charged 50$ for an electronic key for the exercise room, however the key often doesnt work after 10pm, and during the day it is mot often unlocked completely.
There is also very limited parking near our bulding
