Great neighborhood with good neighbors. 15 min bike ride to downtown, quick walk to Safeway. Laundry rooms are always clean and running well. The ladies in the office are seriously the best! Super nice and personable!

I live in the broad Moor area but moving from my apt because property was recently purchased for new devepment I like my area and want to continue living here

Perhaps these apartments are wonderful, however for me, as a senior citizen, they are really not appropriate. The buildings are on different levels - many stairways- some without hand rails, and a long distance, including steps without rails, to get to the laundry. Since Im in an emergency situation I will take a 6-month lease to see if I can work things out.
