We love living at Township. It's a great place for families as well as pets. The townhouses are so nice and spacious and the landscaping is beautiful. Plus, we get the peace of mind knowing we don't have to worry about maintenance issues. They take care of everything.

I have enjoyed living at the Township for four and a half years. For the most part, the experience has been exceptional. Recently, interactions with management have become less personal, with online service requests and an office that is staffed only four days a week, but if you persist, your needs will be taken care of. I enjoy the community feeling that exists, and the low density of the population. The location is extremely convenient -- almost anything you want or need is within half a mile. I have just renewed my lease, and am looking forward to continuing to live here.

I love living at the Township at Highlands community. Whenever I need assistance with something the office staff has always been attentive. I have even reached out to corporate on days that my leasing office is closed and they have always been helpful too!

Township provides the feel of a real home with all of the additional benefits of having resources such as a community manager, service manager, and maintenance worker to take care of the things you would normally have to take care of as a homeowner. The units are large and comfortable. I have been here 6 years and highly recommend it!
