We love living at Township. It's a great place for families as well as pets. The townhouses are so nice and spacious and the landscaping is beautiful. Plus, we get the peace of mind knowing we don't have to worry about maintenance issues. They take care of everything.

I have enjoyed living at the Township for four and a half years. For the most part, the experience has been exceptional. Recently, interactions with management have become less personal, with online service requests and an office that is staffed only four days a week, but if you persist, your needs will be taken care of. I enjoy the community feeling that exists, and the low density of the population. The location is extremely convenient -- almost anything you want or need is within half a mile. I have just renewed my lease, and am looking forward to continuing to live here.

Unless you are looking for a truly unique experience akin to living in a carnival funhouse complete with sloping floors, siding that is falling off, cabinets that don't shut, drawers that don't open, massive cracks in walls, water leaks and dangerously uneven stairs I would look elsewhere for suitable housing. The staff will leave your service request hanging with ZERO response for weeks on end. So if you enjoy living on the edge with doors that don't lock and exposure to unknown levels of radon go for it. But if you think for $2000k + per month you should be able to enjoy safe living in a comfortable townhouse where responsive staff and a stable foundation abound this isn't the place for you.
