    Terrible place to live, move out costs are even worse. I lived here for 2 years. When I first moved it, the place was supposed to be around a year old, however the blinds were falling off from the wall, the carpet was barely staying put and the only thing they did to fix it was nail it back into the ground. I received nonstop complaints and threats of lease violations about my dogs barking even though I had video proof from my cameras that it wasn't my dogs. They increased charges for trash multiple times a year yet it did nothing to actually fix the trash piled around the community. We were charged for pest control, but we're never told when they'd be spraying and it always made my dogs sick after they did. They'd raise random fees constantly, they'd hardly plow the parking lot properly, and in the winter the sidewalks were always dangerous to walk on. In order to have guests, you have to pay for them to park at the complex. The dog park was riddled with diseases and poop. Once I moved out, I was charged for damages to the apartment that were there before me and were listed in my pre-move in inspection. I was told there would be a move out walk through that I could be apart of so that I could fix/clean anything before I fully moved out and then that never happened. My post move out inspection that occured after I left had photos of empty and clean walls, of vacuumed carpets, footprints from the maintenance peoples shoes on the hardwood floor, and general wear and tear from living there and they listed these as dirty with no further details to charge me cleaning and repainting fees. My move out date was on a day that the front office was closed so they gave me the option to leave the keys in the apartment and lock to door, however my apartment only had a deadbolt and no bottom lock so I couldn't do that. I dropped the keys off 2 days early as they were also closed the day before my move out date and they charged me early termination fees.

    I am a resident here, and they towed a car I bought two days after I bought it. After paying 300$ to get it back, I talked to the office and proved I was a resident (meaning I have a right to park there without being towed) and they offered no compensation and tried to put the blame on me because I didn't have time to get a parking sticker. To make matters worse, it was towed on a Sunday, a day that the office isn't even open to get a temporary permit. If you have relatives/friends park here on a Sunday they will be towed with no notice, even if they are parked in an uncovered spot. Completely ridiculous policy. EDIT: I brought the issue of repeated break-ins to the attention of the staff today to Sylvia and Melinda (the staff on site) and they gave me needless pushback, saying that when they lived in the heart of Denver and LA there were break-ins left and right so it's just normal. This is Castle Rock, not LA, we shouldn't have to live in constant fear of having our car broken into because of their indifference. All it would take is putting up 4-6 security cameras and signs saying the parking lot is under surveillance to deter the break-ins, but instead they decided to give me tons of attitude and minimize the issue of their residents feeling unsafe and distrustful of their community. I bet if Sylvia and Melinda had their cars broken into, they would care a bit more. Maybe they need to adopt that kind of empathy with their residents, or be replaced with someone who can. Avoid living here at all costs until some changes happen with their towing and crime policies, and they get some staff who can handle a bit of criticism and also show some empathy for their residents.

    Make sure to take a picture of the form you fill out at the beginning as I stated what was wrong and come moving out, they showed me a blank one I turned in on the day I moved out, when I know I waited a full week. Their move out expectations are insanely unreal and if they had my correct form theyd see my apartment WAS in better shape than when I moved in. Ive lived in many apartments in multiple states and I do not recommend this place at all.

    Terrible...The buildings are so cheap! Every time someone closes their door it vibrates the entire building. The management absolutely sucks at resolving any noise issues. They don't enforce the non smoking policy, tenants smoking weed on their balconies, and dogs poop everywhere. Does that sound luxurious?? white trash. Run from this place.

    My apartment was a mess when I moved in and I had to clean it. Before I left I cleaned again and now they are charging me a a big fee for professional clean up.... they are money hungry.

    The only thing luxury about these apartments is the fact that you can move out once your lease is up.
