Horrible place! Management non caring and rude! Residents move in and out daily so no community feel! Pool /hot tub broken for 8 months during summer and fall.
Very expensive$$$ Gas heat is expensive! Valet trash is $30/mo and a joke. HOA dues $10/mo. Very noisy property with dogs barking constantly and you can hear your neighbors conversation and noise. Parking is a nightmare and people were blocking our garage all the time!
This property is only about 17 months old and already been sold once with new management!
Interiors are good but poorly constructed and put up too fast. Had maintenance issues constantly with no response.
Cant wait to move out!!!

I just applied for an apartment and I am so excited to move in next week! The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful and the apartment is beautiful! I will have a huge garage that leads directly into my apartment. Thank you for all of your help Meadows team, I can't wait to call this place my home!

Terrible apartments. The management team is the worst I've ever dealt with. The apartments are cheap and anything that can break, will break. The manager Denise has a very short temper and is extremely rude. There is a trash valet system that is a total scam. Do not move here. Other cheaper apartments in town have a lot more to offer.
