This apartment complex is by far the worst complex I have been in. I have known people who have lived in Willow run village over the course of 8 years and this complex has gone beyond an acceptable low. There are many apartments in the area that would offer a much better living situation. I have spoken with many residents who have bugs for starters. A resident in our building has 2 dogs they absolutely never clean up after. There is defecation from the dogs all around the building. The noise from the residents above is absolutely incredibly horrendous. After calling the cops to no avail and contacting the property manager many times absolutely no resolution can be came to and nothing can be done. The management company, Mission Rock, that purchased the complex over the summer has taken a bad situation and made it inhabitable. They have spent hundreds of thousands on useless renovations. There has been tree disposal equipment in the parking lot for weeks meanwhile residents have absolutely no where to park. Many residents are forced to park off complex property. I would highly recommend at the very least speaking with some residents and viewing the parking situation at night. The amenities do not work and have not for sometime. The hot tub, fire pit, and dog run are all out of service. Maintenance is horrid to virtually non existent. There commitment to residents states " When you submit a written service order, our maintenance team will connect with you within 24 hours to address the issue. If you do not receive a response to your service order you will receive a rent credit for each day we do not respond." My kitchen light, dryer, garage door, and blinds have been broken and out for months and absolutely no attempt at any compensation was made. That's a bold face lie they are telling. In fact, they charged me $20 to put a letter on my door and told me "if you are hard up for $20 I feel bad for you." Have it recorded. Be prepared to be nickel and dimmed to no end.

Nickel and dimed to death. Amenities are broken half the time and customer service is terrible. My rent checks wouldn't go through online and when I proved that it wasn't my or my bank's fault they refused to waive the late fee. Had to pay for parking when we were specifically told it was free, had to pay for package service when we were not told we would have to originally, horrible garbage complex.

Why are all of the reviews from 2014? I love this place, but the ownership needs to ensure that its being cared for. The one guy in the office cant do everything on his own.

Some office employees were curt and rude. Several service requests were never documented and thus took months to get done. After I resigned my lease they raised the utilities including utilities for the common areas with out warning and to an unreasonable rate. Then after 6 months they added and raised an additional fee to the utilities bill. When the parking lots where redone the residents were given just over 24 hours notice and threatened with towing not considering residents out of town

I am sorry to learn that you encountered any negative experiences with our staff & community. We have initiated protocols on site to address service requests: All service requests are entered by the office & then the office staff does follow up to ensure that services were completed to their satisfaction. Our residents do pay their own apartment utilities, as well as the building, parking & clubhouse utilities. This cost is adjusted based on occupant load & usage.

The charge will fluctuate on a monthly basis. We send out notices a week in advance for community improvements & a second reminder 24 hours before in hopes that this will eliminate any confusion. We understand that this may not work for everyone. I would love to address all of these concerns with you in person so that we may come up with some solutions together. Thank you for your feedback.
