I have lived here since 2004. I absolutely adore this complex. I have had the privilege of travelling extensively and having lived in various communities, and I say, without reservation, that this complex is among the best places to live. It is perfect in location, pleasing in appearance and very well run.

The complex is conveniently located in South Boulder within walking distance to grocery stores and public transportation. The apartments are well-maintained, the workout room has modern equipment, and the grounds are pleasant and well kept. If you are looking for a place in this part of town, this is one of the few choices, and I would definitely recommend it. Leases are a little pricier than other places in Boulder, but you do get what you pay for here. The staff are very friendly the community is a quiet one, which is great if you're a working professional like me, or a serious student not looking for a party scene.

Luxer lockers and rising water bills make this the worst and last of my 4 years here. Staff is kind but can���t be bothered to answer phone or call back. Refuse to alllow me to unroll from Luxer who told me to call and ask. 0 stars, will be posting to Google, FB, Yelp and associates.

I'm very pleased with living in Boulder Creek. It's a great location, near 36, a super market right across the street, and easy access to bike trails. The apartments are clean, spacious, and it's an overall comfortable place to live.
