What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Boulder

Close to parks and foothills. Friendly neighbors. Very walkable. You can easily walk to a grocery store and resturants.

It's a very outdoorsy and active town. Everyone is very into running, biking, and hiking and the neighborhood makes it easy to do these things. Things are very walkable, from the grocery stores to the bars and restaurants.

I like that the people are friendly. There are close walking paths nearby and there are good restaurants nearby.

There's a great sledding hill, and most are really responsible. A small park and well maintained houses.

I like that it's sometimes quiet, and you can hangout with friends at the park so you don't have to go far

You can go fishing with neighbors. You have a lot of wal around space.Everyone knows each other .It's safe to walk around and jump in puddles. You can go to another neighbors house to baby-sit.
