I like that things are easy to get to and convenient. There are parks and water to go by . It's easy to get to everything around me. Parks and stores are very easy to get to from anywhere

It's all old people really I mean there is stores near me but I don't really go anywhere in my neighborhood

Despite being still expensive, we're still more affordable than other neighborhoods closer to the city. Our neighbors are really friendly too and we engage with each other as a community quite often.

I like that there are a lot of small businesses and restaurants or cafes we can walk to. I also like that there are a lot of parks nearby

I like how my neighborhood is off main roads so it doesn't get a lot of traffic. I like how there are a lot of restaurants. I like how there are a lot of family run businesses.

We have the best ethnic restaurants. We have a lot of diversity. We also have a great Tae Kwon do place in our neighborhood..
