I love this community. I feel like I'm living in a town home rather than an apartment. The staff is always responsive and service calls are most often completed within 24 hours. I even get a text/email telling me when its done. It is so nice and quiet and my neighbors are very respectful of everyone when they are entertaining. The amenities are very nice and having an attached garage is definitely a bonus.Our favorite amenity is the Bark Park. We spend so much time there and, with the summer weather, so do many of our neighbors. I get to know my community in the park and we all know the dogs' names (and sometimes each others names as well!).
I plan on living at Waterford at Southlands for a long time. Its by far the best apartment community around!

I love living at Waterford at Southlands, Urgent service calls are taken care of within 2 hours. The grounds are well kept, the office staff are always helpful and
pleasant. I have been leaving here almost 2 years and I am moving into a larger apartment in July.
