There is so much to say about living here but all over has been a TERRIBLE experience! I moved in August 2017, and everything was fine until December when first the furnace broke not once but three times in a week. Then a sewage pipe broke and flooded my whole place and I lost all my furniture. It took maintenance 12 hours to come over and inspected how bad it was. I was moved right away to a different unit. After living there for 2 months the hot water heater broke and my place was flooded again. Now summer is here my AC has broken and has been 5 days with no one fixing it. This place has really been horrible, miserable, and down right awful. Maybe it's my bad luck but feels like everything breaks and nothing is done to really fix it from happening again. I don't have a problem with the maintenance team or the office they seem really nice, but I wouldn't recommend moving here based on my experience. Save the money and headache.
The maintenance staff walked in all me all the time and half the time they didn't know what they were doing. Something was always breaking and half the time they took forever to fix it.

My rent is $1375 but I pay an average of $1500 + a month. I was not informed of the extra cost of trash, water and other miscellaneous fees. I'm a single parent and I was looking for a safe area, which I found but I was not expecting to pay over $1500 a month. Not a very good or fair experience.
It's okay but the price you pay for water/trash/sewer is crazy and high so that's a really big downfall but the maintenance guys are really great guys office staff can be unpleasant in fact the guy shows favoritism towards females also people here are nasty they let their dogs mess all over your lawn but they don't ice it up and nothing ever gets done about it the pool is nice but not sure if I would wanna come back here and they Jack the lease up every year so idk if we will renew
