The staff members in the apartment complex do their best to satisfy their residence even if your request is beyond their control. They are very lenient and understanding to your every day life and work with you on so many levels.
The office staff is always so nice when I go in for anything which is usually to pick up a package I get a lot of packages. The maintance issues as completed quickly.
Everything was going very well until it went under new management .Then Water,trash ,sewage and about 4 other fees where added to our monthly rent. That was such a large amount to tack on to the rent . Plus rent went up in small amounts and not $60 more a month.
The Preserves communication with its residents and potential residents could be better. It has gotten better since we first moved in but definitely still needs some work. The apartments are decent but the community is kind of interesting. Aurora is not my favorite part of Denver, if you like aurora then you will like these apartments.
is the president city center would be so kindly to either put dish on top of each building so that we have options of what TV service we want to have it would be a better place instead they make everyone that has a dish on the balcony take them off or put it in the inside to where they only have one option of TV service this is something that the company itself the owner as well as residents need to communicate about because this is something that needs to be not very happy about that situation

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
