Ive lived here for 10 months and have been STRONGLY debating whether to renew due to the continued issues with amenities and cheapness of the management to address certain issues. Beautiful apartments, clubhouse and community! However, there are major issues with the amenities and customer service of the management team. Here are some things to consider prior to moving in here... There is dog poop everywhere, some of the beautiful green areas are so full of dog waste, the wind carries the stench. Dogs are required to be on leashes, but this too isnt enforced. Both my dogs and I have personally been attacked and Animal Control was involved yet the same dogs still roam off the leash and there is no enforcement from management. Since Ive lived here, 31st resident, the following amenities have never worked or are always broke, and/or have been taken away: the bulk laundry room hasnt worked - there is new equipment in there sitting, the golf simulator is ALWAYS down, the free Starbucks coffee machine is now only open if management/leasing staff is present, the dog spa isnt kept clean and isnt enforced to be cleaned after use, pool table sticks are often broken, the simulators golf clubs are all damaged, the grilling area is a hit or miss if someones trashed it and left food on the grill, and the valet trash service youre required to pay for only picks up your trash about 60% of the time. Cars abandoned and wrecked cars are not addressed in a timely manner, if at all. This is a no smoking property - you have to go across the street. For some this is good, others not so much. There has been issues with the resident payment portal. Finally, and most important to me, Complaints and request to the management and leasing staff are heard and acknowledged but never addressed. Because of this Im only issuing two stars however the properties beauty is worth five stars. So the big question is are the nuisances above worth living here? Only you can decide that.
