Save your money, do NOT rent there! The Management is horrible! Manager Meagan had emailed us how they could help re: noise complaints, we responded and the office NEVER got back to us. The place is a pigsty; lazy neighbors leaving garbage in front of their place, pet owners not picking up after their pets, etc. Go somewhere else, not worth the $$!

Do NOT rent at Centro. The place was horrible! From dirty hallways, noisy neighbors, smells, rude Admin Office people..run go some place else better!

Just renewed for the 4th time. Now that Avenue 5 is the owner, a lot of improvements have been made. People who are complaining do have some legitimate complaints, but the same can be said for any apartment community. Every place has it's issues, but at least the new team is trying to make a difference. They power washed the common areas for the first time in the 4 years that I've lived here. They are a good team and I hope they stay on for awhile. Hands and feet above Greystar. The only thing I don't like is that we have to pay that horrible Conservice community, that goes up all the time. I don't think it's right that we have to pay common area electric and gas. But it seems like that is common place among all communities around here, so if you choose to live in a apartment, then you have to deal with it. Oh, and the equipment in the gym is dead. But it is in the process of being replaced, so that's good. I still love my apartment and like I said before, I guess I have been blessed by the good neighbor gods, because I have never heard a peep out of my neighbors. Keep up the great work Avenue 5 team. Thanks for making all of the changes.

Have you seen the property? Trash is everywhere! Parking near dumpsters have furniture, bags of trash and litter. If they can't handle the basics what makes you think they will take care of other things. The common areas are also regularly unkept.

We regret that you have had a bad experience with us and we realize the community has had a trash concern.We have recently hired a new company to handle all of our disposal needs and have already seen a vast improvement. We are also hiring a full time ground professional to ensure our community stays clean and fresh.Please know that we have recently changed management and are now managed by Avenue5 Apartments and it is our goal to ensure every resident can take pride in their home and community!
