      Aaaaah Cambrian Apartments our fist apartment moving from Michigan to Denver at that time August 2011 our address was 2351 S Idalia street at Cambrian Apt-11-204, we had lived 6 years almost without problem and in this year 2011 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms cost $650 per month and it was by promotion they had put the advertisement out on illif street that it was promoting, a good place very quiet, it was our first apartment in Colorado Denver moving from Detroit if price was affordable i would come back again, cause of our divorce with my ex husband that made us free this apartment, WE STILL LOVING YOU CAMBRIAN APARTMENTS

      Horrible place to live, cockroaches show up even in the winter no matter how much spraying and cleaning gets done. I moved to a new place in Denver and found the utility cost being 200-300 (not including xcel) was WAY higher.. my utilizes now are controllable and even at the highest usage I can make its about 80 total. All my friends who live around aurora needed me to show proof that i wasn't joking about the utilities here.This place is way over priced and they think increasing the price to cover for the bottom line is a good idea. Suggest that everyone look for a place NOT owned by a corporate entity called Maxx properties, find a smaller apartment complex with an actual human being who does evict all their tenants the second the government lifts the eviction moratorium, its cheaper and they are human and not trying to save money on Maintnence costs and tenant happiness. Way cheaper places with better reviews on Google maps almost anywhere else

      New manager does a great job and takes care of any issues in a helpful and professional manner. Everyone in the office has been friendly and they do their best to assist you. Had to call maintenance a few times over a couple of years and they showed up very quickly and took care of my problems immediately. Everyone I dealt with there treated me with kindness and respect. When I had an issue with a noisy neighbor, it was dealt with immediately as well. You have to deal with the same issues at any apartment complex. Here, they will do everything in their power to help you and correct the problems. I had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was big compared to others in the same price range. Nice sized living room, adequate closet space, everything in livable condition and looked decent with new cabinets, floors, and appliances. Fresh paint (a nice neutral color not yucky white walls) and clean carpet. Well maintained overall. Stackable washer and dryer in unit was definitely a plus. Would definitely recommend!
