I keep emailing my 2 questions but cant get a response!
The carpet should've been replaced before I moved in because it was pretty gross & obviously very old. The sliding closet doors don't open very well, I have to lift the door & then pull, it's not easy & very noisy. The drawer in the bathroom is crooked & doesn't close well. Also I was missing blinds on my balcony when I moved in & I told the property manager & it took forever to have someone come put them in. Also I've had a maintenance guy just walk in my apartment & I was just getting out of the shower! (Thank God I had a towel). I've had people on drugs stop me on my way to take the trash out. There's been people yelling in the parking lot at night. Obviously some trashy people hanging around. The worst part though is that they let people smoke cigarettes in their apartment & the hallways will wreak of it. Which wouldn't even bother me if it wasn't wafting into my apartment. I hate coming home after a long day at work to relax in my home & I can't because it smells disgusting. And because my nextdoor neighbor smokes & we share the kitchen plumbing, the cigarette smoke is coming in through the kitchen cabinetry. I'll be opening the cabinet to grab a pot & the smell just hits you like a brick, & there's a coating of like film from the cigarette smoke.
Staff is helpful and nice. Very quiet and nice place to live.
When i was applying, a young leasing woman made up a story about me saying curse words to her amd said i was very mean which couldn't be further from the trtruthThere is always trash and broken glass in parking lot. Maintenence parks their golf cart in closest parking spots and i have a baby to carry to the third floor. The stairwell always has debris on floor.
We bought a new car and it was vandalized 3 times within a few months. The last cost $1,200 to get fixed. When the office was informed that residents were breaking rules - constant pot smoking and people living with residents that are not on the lease - nothing was done.
