The apartment is quiet and parking is a bit tighter than I would like. They are fast to call back on maintenance issues. But for $1,000 a month for a one bedroom you would expect cabnets that work, the front door to be in line with the floor. Not so much space you can see into your apartment from the hallway. The ovens are CHEAP and the floor heating sucks. There is a list I can give of little things but to sum it up what can you really expect these days except apartment buildings to do everything as cheap as possible. Btw they are non smoking and that means everything not just cigarettes.

Maintenance is terrible. Management is rude, lies and ignored requests.
They do not treat residents well.

I have live on to property for 3 year and haven' had great responses from the team at @ 52nd marketplace


You will love the management they have actives once a month, we have a nice dog park, our apartment is renovated one bedroom.
