The front security gate, continues to be opened, especially at night. The "new pool rules". I see more people after the 5pm inviting more than 2 guests as per the revised new rules. Still cannot have family or friends to visit because no guest parking.

The "NOT SO" Luxury Solimar Apartments

I have lived year for a year, and the experience has been at times great because I have met some residents/neighbors who are friendly and nice. Other times, living here has been an inconvenience because there is no guest parking available. There is also a lack of proactiveness by the leasing office to do anything about the guest parking situation. There is the constant email communication stating that residents' cars will be towed because of using spaces designated for guests.

For me, most important about living in a complex managed by a company is the induvuduals who work the leasing office, maintain the property and the maintenance crew. Solimar has never disappointed me. From, Jessie, Rosanna (moved on to greater things since when i first began residence, to Lucia, Tracy in the leasing office, Edgar and Raphael my go to guys everytime and always take care of me to Rosa and Alonzo (?) Keeping the complex gorgeous! I adore them. Beauriful place and beautufull people!. Yhey are priceless.
