Horrible infested place to call home.
Walls are thin. I can hear my downstairs neighbor snoring. Also Ive seem roaches in my house no matter how much I clean. The apartnent manager(lady) needs some customer service training.
Outstanding staff members pleasant, courteous and respectful
The staff is constantly changing which makes it difficult to enjoy the office staff. Once you get used to somebody they are gone. Also the parking is terrible any guest that come over have to find parking up to two blocks away. There is no guest parking. When we moved into the apartment it's self it was decent but a lot of things were broken and dirty on the day we moved in. There are a lot of things that are still broken. I overall enjoy the apartments the maitness staff is FANTASTIC!
Assigned parking is available (at an additional cost) I have two cars, 1 personal & 1 for work. No visitor parking, it's first come first served street parking. I guess it's because there's too many people living in each apartment. If there were visitor parking, the tenants would take it too. Hot water takes a long time to reach the shower (not good especially since we are in a drought). Once you get hot water, it runs out really quick. In the summer it's ok, but I'm dreading the winter months.
