What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About West Covina

My neighborhood is mostly older people. Not many children on the block. We do have several parks that we take our grandchildren to when they stay with us

Tgi Friday's and other places to eat and drink are fun. The malls and shopping centers help also. Lazy dog nice spot also

Closer to the restaurants, fast foods, groceries and supermarkets (for instance, there are abundant Asian supermarkets and restaurants). There's an uphill park that joggers and those who want to maintain healthy lifestyle can go up there for some workouts and sports, and also can be there to relax and hold small parties (Shadow Oak Park). It is a rather hilly neighborhood, but at the other part of it, not so steep that can be friendly for walking, running, and biking.

I like to take my family to the nearby amusement park to relax on weekends, where both children and adults like it.

There is a shopping area nearby with restaurants and stores to shop at. Many people have pets so it is very pet friendly.

I like that it is walking distance to a grocery store. That makes it very convenient to not have to drive when buying groceries.
