I am so disappointed with my apartment, the door isnt close properly, dirty hot water in the bathroom, shower and kitchen, humidity in every room and when you for fixing its take take time until someone coming to resolve it.
This place was a decent place to live until you move out... then expect to be treated like you're the scum of the earth. There's a ton of families so kids are playing in the parking lot instead of their parents taking them to the playground or being good parents and going to the parks nearby. The parking spaces were insanely tiny, they were redoing them when we were moving out but not sure how that turned out. The only good thing was how close to BART it is so if that's all you're looking for then go for it.
When we moved out they added every charge possible after we had a quoted a move out price. They acted like they had never did a walk through or gave us the paper work that had the move out quote.
We accidentally left something in our apartment but had turned our keys in, however, our lease date was not up for a few more days... they retrieved the left items but when we went to get them they were so confused and said corporate had the items and had called us about the situation. We called the number that had contacted us and surprise... it was their office number and they acted shocked that it was their number. Turns out they wouldn't work with us to lessen our lease but were already working on getting our apartment leased out sooner than if we had moved out on our actual move out date.
They also couldn't find a package that was sent there and said they sent it back because it was there too long (less than a week). The worst part is that it was a gift for my birthday and is probably lost forever. The office staff was terrible about everything, Eddie probably couldn't tell his butt from his elbow while he stands there with a blank stare, and all of them couldn't care less about their renters. I bet their manager won't even comment on this post because they know exactly who this is.
I just moved into the Eaves with my fianc' and I absolutely LOVE living here so far! The staff has been so nice and has answered all of our questions and maintenance requests in a timely matter! I LOVE how the Bart is walking distance and the Iron Horse Trail is a short walking distance to downtow Walnut Creek and downtown Pleasant Hill! The Eaves really is located in the best location! I would recommend this living community to my family and friends!
Good place to stay, I am hoping that once the construction work is over, this would become still more livable.(Quite and less noise)
Eaves Walnut Creek apartment community is beautiful, safe and quiet. Right now my apartment is getting a face lift, but in due time it will look pleasant. It's a bit pricey, but you don't have to worry about suspicious characters at night. There's a pool, spa, fitness center and laundry room on site. you're considering this place, I suggest to check it out.
