The apartment was extremely clean when I moved in. This is a very high priority for me, and Avalon did a great job. Everything was in working order and ready on time. The grounds are kept very well, and the community and peaceful.
Everything at Walnut Ridge and in our apartment have been first rate. All dealings directly with our Avalon team has been professoinal, courteous and timely. The location is great for a small family or professional in fulfilling and accessing a host of everyday needs.

The Avalon Ridge Community is absolutely gorgeous. Stepping into the complex transports one away from the hustle and bustle of work and into the calm and tranquil environment of home. The units are great; the infrastructure (electrical, HVAC, phone/cable) are designed to accommodate the 21st century resident, while the finishes and architecture make those items disappear into a quaint and clean looking residence. Very pet friendly. Smoke-free policies make the complex a breath of fresh air. Amenities are also wonderful and numerous (pool/spa, fitness center, walking trails, etc.) Highly Recommended!!!
