Downtown Pleasant Hill has a lot of cute restaurants and bars. I enjoy having close access to any type of shopping I want.

It's close to downtown and walkable. Has great coffee shops and is safe area to live. Has a nice park

My neighboorhood is well kept and close to downtown. It's easy to get to shopping or restaurants Just yesterday we walked over to the Yacht club restaurant and had a nice lunch..

I like the outdoor parks and open spaces. I like the proximity to public transit and downtown amenities.

A lot of my kids school friends live near by. There are stores and some restaurants that are within walking distance.
