I was having a very rough weekend and then the unthinkable happened. BBQ fire on the patio above me set off the sprinkler which flooded my patio and into my living room. I was picking up guests at SD Airport when it happened. Joel and Mikey reacted so fast and did such an awesome job on getting the water out of my unit, everything dried up, CLEAN UP, and back to better than before. Words alone cannot express my gratitude toward Joel and Mikey. I was literally on the verge of a melt down due to the timing of this incident. They ended up having to return to my unit several times, some as a result of my error and some of theirs. They kept the best attitude and were quick to respond. Thanks guys for turning something that could have been a tragedy into a quick fix.

If I can give this place a 0 star review I would. Absolutely the worst management ever, along with the ladies that work in the office all have poor communication and a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. They NEVER answer their phones , and when I walk in their office the ladies are always eating say " they were busy" , the manager even leaves extremely early as 2pm! " Ive been told numerous of times she's gone for the day LOL Very poor effort and her management skills sucks ! My husband's car has been towed numerous of times due to the poor communication . My husbands car was even salvaged my the towing company they work with! Thousands of dollars has been put into repairing his now "useless car, that barely runs" and they can careless . I've learned from the few month of living here they only care about their money and filling in their apartments . On top of that I even had photos taken without consent just to prove I pore water on balcony to keep my outside clean ! My neighbors have made dramatic complaints about my household , all the slander is uncalled for and has made my guest and my kids feel uncomfortable . I HAVE ZERO RESPECT for this place and the staff that work here . my husband and I can't wait to move . DONT LET THE BEAUTY OF THESES APARTMENTS FOOL YOU ! WORST place to call home. We'd rather pay the 5,000$ to move then to live another month here .

If you have a parking pass for an unreserved parking spot, be aware that you will be towed for parking in guest spots. Its important to note that for the apartment complex there are many more guest parking spots than unreserved.

After an exhausting look at different properties in the area we settled on SKYE for several reasons. 1) A small community with outstanding amenities, 2) The availability of a direct access garage, and 3) the staff (Lexi, Benjamin) were excellent and made the decision easy. Can't wait to finish settling into our new home!

Guest car was towed. Been one week and there are never any parking spots on the weekend even if your guest has a parking pass. Of all nights, we parked and ran to pick up dinner only to return to an empty spot. Horrible. Who would want to visit?
