Overall, the living experience has been good to my husband and I. We do wish there was better insulation around the front door and windows as the drafts let all the hot air out from the heater and all the cold air out from the AC. Also, the fact that it takes 15 minutes for the water to heat up for showers is ridiculous. However, it is very quiet which is something that was high on our list and the people have been friendly. We also enjoy that we have a washer and dryer in our unit.
We lived in these apartments for over five years and absolutely loved it. The property is well kept, and the maintenance crew was always helpful. We love the neighborhood as well. We actually drive back over into this area to do some of our shopping because of how much we love the neighborhood. I recommend this apartment complex to everyone I can.
The walls are thin, so you can hear the snoring neighbors every night. Parking is an absolute nightmare. I have had to park my car .5 miles away at the market because there isn't enough open parking, and no consequence for people taking up 2 spots. You have to be home before 6pm to get a spot, or you will not get a spot!
The manager has poor customer service skills. She do more talking then she do listening and a key component to customer relations is listening.
