    I do not recommend this place to live. The new management does not mind taking care of the tenants. The place is noisy and when you try to talk to the office, they don't solve the problem. I better recommend that you look for another place to live.

    I just bought a house, but have lived here for 3 years and loved it! The grounds are kept nice and the office staff goes above and beyond for their residents. I will miss living there!

    DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT!!!!!! live here. I am ending my lease after two years because I can find a better place that's cheaper and better upkept. Way to expensive and they don't care about their tenants at all!! Every work order Ive had to call in multiple times to get the job completed. My dryer has been broken for 2 weeks and has still yet to be fixed. The staff is rude and the only nice one is Sarah. Live elsewhere don't waste your time.

    If the Capes at Ventura are even ALMOST as good as their ads suggest, it looks wonderful and is definitely at the top of my list of places to visit.
