What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Ventura

Restaurants that are in my area and the grocery store. We have a few restaurants and a Whole Foods store as well as other fast food restaurants very close by.

The mall is walking distance as well as numerous grocery stores and schools and places to eat. A lot of shops to walk to and enjoy just walking..

There are a few Schools and a grocery store around the corner as well as some good restaurants that are quick as well as convenience

All the streets are named after birds. Four Miles from Ocean. I can walk to park and stores. I can hear the trains sometimes and church bells hourly.

Close to businesses like restaurants, stores like grocery and department stores. Easy access to major roads and highways. Close to airport.

This is a very quiet area, not a lot of late night activities. It gets very quiet and dies down early.
