This apartment complex is terrible. Space is extremely limited and they work with a towing company that poaches on the location. Even if you are moving things from the apartment or leave your car for 5 minutes, they allow the towing company to just come in to tow your car. Towing comes regularly on holidays, weekends, day time, night time. That is 350$ -400$ for getting your car out of the towing company. There are only 9 non-handicap spaces at the complex. The rest of the parking are run down parking garages you are required to pay monthly. In side the apartment is not great as well, small cramped. Some Neighbors are extremely aggressive and rude. The laundry section closes at 9 or 10pm and the machines do not work well. My clothes are always left wet even after 2 dry cycles and still smell after the wash.
The front office also places huge stickers on the front windsheild on cars who park in the first 4 slots, claiming it is for office use only. The stickers are difficult to remove and often leave residue left over. You need to take it to a professional shop to remove completely.
Exiting the apartment complex is a hassle. Due to the limited number of parking spaces, only 9 available, most people park on the street where it obstructs the view of incoming cars that pass by on the street.
Generally, management is slow and not very helpful.
Overall, it is extremely unpleasant. Highly DO NOT recommend.
I drove by at day and night. The property has security door at the front entrance and motorized gate for the driveway. On both occasions they were propped open
Ive been living here for a little over a year now , spacious apartment for my little family 2 beds , 2 baths . Nitza and Erin are the lovely ladies in the leasing office since iv been here they've been nothing but wonderful anything that needs to be fixed there on it to make it happen as well with any issues i might have. Everyone who lives here are friendly cant complain . Nice place to call home.
