Heritage Park

Raw sewage on grounds for 6 months without being cleaned up.

Great place geographically and connects to all grocery/pharmacy/restaurants and its near to expressway and freeways.

Manager (who sits inside the room at leasing office) is rude. Other staff and maintenance guys are nice. Community is full of cockroaches. You do whatever you want, but they won't go away. Even you can see big cockroachs on the pathway in dark. Moreover residents are struggling with unnecessary high move out charges for granite, Carpet etc. The apartment in which I moved in, had a broken granite in the kitchen (I was lucky to see that before moving in) and I am pretty sure management has charged the previous resident for that damage but they didn't change it.

Management is always so friendly and accommodating. I think the only issue is how residents treat the washing machines- I have to wash my clothes almost twice every time because the brand new washing machines (installed about 6 months ago, I think,which of themselves, are great!) smell so bad that it doesn't matter how much detergent and smelly stuff I use.

The location is excellent. close to downtown Sunnyvale & train station. Near Sutter medical building for doctors appointments.

We feel home in Heritage Park with a nice environment of spacious lawns and great walking spaces.the apartments are build with good acoustics and hence not getting any sound disturbances.
