Avalon Silicon Valley

Avalon Silicon Valley is a nice place to live in.

I moved in a month ago and the only issue I face is with the parking a little bit. It is in the building but still far. It's a case of so close yet so far! I wish there was any other option. Rest of the stuff, I am yet to check out everything in this building but it looks really good so far. Can't wait for the gym to open up and check it out.

I am feeling very satisfied living here. Please consider it if you want an quite apartment with convenient commuting and awesome amenities.

Move-in process was quick and easy, being able to pay all associated bills online is really convenient. We had issues with the toilet the first week and the 24-hour maintenance phone number was a disconnected number, however when we had managed to contact maintenance the next day service was prompt and the maintenance department was a pleasure to deal with. The parking spot assigned to us turned out to be for a different building despite being told otherwise when moving in. While it being in a different building is just a minor inconvenience, we were shown a parking spot that would have been great and was given a print-out with the parking spot shown to us highlighted! It was only when we called later on about another car parked in the spot that we learned our assigned spot is somewhere else. As for the rest of the apartment unit, everything is okay so far. You can definitely hear neighbors walking upstairs but that's expected in any apartment building. When it rains, water does not drain properly in the walkway to the unit but since it doesn't rain often, that probably won't be a big deal. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is great and did not seem to be a common amenity in the area, and the apartment unit is very spacious and even comes with a large separate storage area!

A great community, very family friendly, safe with great amenities. You'll love it!
