Elevator not working at times and usually takes a few days to get fixed. Location is good.
Primarily the maintenance and manager have been responsive to any questions or concerns we have ever had and get back within 24 hours.
I have never lived there but, I like it.
Because, Its very close to my work.
I sent a message to them but, they never returned.
Hope rent is cheaper $200 less or so..
Like many others who've only had option of choosing from a 1- to 5-star rating...I've selected 1-star. If I could...would rate it a negative 0-star! Admittedly I was informed previous tenant had just moved the day before.
Took pictures because I was SO aghast @ how filthy it was. It didn't look as depicted on website. Thus, presume either: 1) the person had lived there >10 years since the 'white' walls were so yellowed they appeared to be medium yellow in color; & 2) the filth was so unimaginable for a small studio apartment that I couldn't believe a human being had lived there. I SHUDDERED!!!
Management probably never inspected unit & simply collected rent. Upon returning to vehicle I had to use anti-bacterial solution until I could use soap & water to clean my hands.
I'd like to suggest management NEVER allows a prospective tenant to view their units w/o it being in a state of readiness for viewing. UGH!
The complex is clean, my apartment is nice, the location is great, and the management is friendly and easy to talk to.
