I would definitely live here. The complex is well maintained and I love that it is single story so there would be less shared noise from neighbors. The large front and rear patios are more like little private yards, and there is extra storage space under the covered parking areas. This complex is adjacent to a great neighborhood park, is walking distance to excellent schools and the library, and is right down the street from Oliver's Market and restaurants. Highway 12 is also close by, so this would be a good choice for commuters.
