Super noisy, I sleep with earplugs and I've seen other peoples earplugs in the stairwell so it isn't just me.
I like living at this location, but I would like to see people that want to smoke do so outside and not in their unit, this sometimes lingers in the hallway's and doesn't smell very good. Also the current remodel is looking nice!!
I would like living in this building because I think that it is a nice looking place, well maintained for sure, and seems very safe. I also like that the building is big enough for only so many tenants, so I don't think that I would feel crowded. The location is great as well, so close to the beach, wharf, and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, as well as very close to downtown in the other direction, you can't lose!
