We absolutely love this place! Me and my fianc���� were looking for our first apartment to move in together and when we found canyon terrace, it just made sense! The grounds are beautiful, it's dog friendly, the staff is amazing and so friendly and the leasing process was so incredibly easy I was so surprised! We love living here!!
If you have ever wanted luxury at an affordable price, Canyon Terrace is your go-to. The team at Canyon Terrace will reach for the stars when it comes to ensuring that you feel welcome and safe in the community. The amenities are fantastic and the location is prime. The staff is professional yet personable and friendly, and the units are cozy and private (and the patios are just wonderful)! I don't have enough positive things to say about the team and the community.
Canyon Terrace is a great complex. It is a beautiful location. I love all the tree that cover the grounds and hover over the sidewalks that weave throughout the complex. I truly enjoy living here.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
