    The amenities provided by River Terrace are excellent, and the location is unbelievable. The staff are friendly, prompt, and open to drop-ins. Recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant place to live in the greater-San Jose, Mountain View, or Palo Alto areas.

    From the beginning of our experience Alexis was very helpful in showing us the various apartments in our price range and with any other questions we had. Since we have moved in we haven't had any issues. As I stated earlier Joe the maintenance staff has been such a great help in addressing any issues we have had in our apartment.

    I have hated living here for multiple reasons, not the least of which is that the onsite management is awful: rude, unprofessional, unpleasant to interact with, and frequently unavailable. I would not recommend living here to anyone I actually like.

    Seeing as though this is my first time being in Cali, River Terrace does a good job of keeping up the Cali image. I really feel that I am some rich guy with an expensive but really nice apartment. I am definitely not rich but I appreciate how clean the apartment complex is and the quietness of the community.
