    Newly remodeled interiors for a great price! I only pay electricity and have a closed garage parking and open space parking! Also very quiet community and great location.

    Too many rules & restrictions. No smoking; no where to wash your car; rent increases annually; ictrases in laundry facility prices; carpet should have been replaced before we moved in. Now they say if we want new carpet or flooring we have to pay for it; Excessive cost for car lift & pet rent
