Rents continually going up even though economy is staying same or falling. NEED to enforce no parking and no turn around in the front parking lot when the Greenville school is in session. Putting signs up and not enforcing anything does NOTHING!!! Huge problem in the morning trying to enter or exit the property. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!

The office staff is friendly and always go above and beyond for us. The grounds are maintained beautifully. Whenever we have a maintenance need the staff is always prompt and courteous.

SFVillage Mgmt. Is top notch. Their property knowledge and response time on any requests are fast and effective. Their proactive property management style is ahead of the curve. I can't imagine living any where else in this neighborhood.
