Living at Latitude is overall a great experience. The staff are all friendly. The entire community is kept very clean. The atmosphere is quiet. The only great disadvantage and dislike I must say is the parking.
grounds are nice, proximity to shops, work, etc. is very good. Unit is ok, layout is good.
More parking, Noise level is fine don't really hear much but door closing, Construction is alright but the cabinets are falling apart like they where cheaply made. This place would be great if the parking wasn't so bad.
I would say yes when you finally get to communicate with staff members and or leasing office, you will get good service. Their online webpage is not very organized, For example If you need a maintenance work order it'll ask you to choose what the problem is but there is no options in that category. Or, if you wanted to contact them thru email it does have the button for it. but this option doesn't direct you to another page.To be efficient, I feel they need an email directly to maintenance and a phone number. maybe have a separate line for residents so we can get immediate results. parking is terrible I'm guessing due to this place being build in or earlier in the 70's. lawn is kept clean and is being water nightly, which I feel like they can do every third day if not once a week due to California drought. some occupants have a tendency to litter and some occupants have pets and thats fine but not all pick up after them, so maybe they should install trash cans and pet liners around the property. Although, very convinient due to being near some highways. The 55 fwy and the 22 fwy. very close to Main Place mall and The Outlets of Orange. Also, close to Tustin Market Place and The District. Very convenient to tons of groceries and eateries. It is very peaceful and quiet. pools are nice. buildings have that wooden gable type feel. and the inside of the apartments are nice lots of space for you and your loved ones. so yes, even though there are some adjustments, I would recommend this place to friends and family.
Living here is too expensive for what it is. The office staff ALWAYS has a balance on my acct but it's always their mistake. I pay on time and in full including my AUM bill. New girls in the office are rude.
