Great management that gets things done in a timely manner. Secure location,with security on staff. And no real complaints other than neighbors sometimes make excessive noise and random mold growing on paint.

At certain times throughout the day, there are noise levels that reach an over abundant range. For example; trash pick-up, children playing or swimming without adult supervision, landscaping leaf blowers, water jet cleaning of cobblestone, etc.

Apartments are rather small, and one bedrooms have awkward layout. Parking is not assigned, and hardly any for visitors.
