At certain times throughout the day, there are noise levels that reach an over abundant range. For example; trash pick-up, children playing or swimming without adult supervision, landscaping leaf blowers, water jet cleaning of cobblestone, etc.

Apartments are rather small, and one bedrooms have awkward layout. Parking is not assigned, and hardly any for visitors.

I have had a very positive experience at California Palms. Maintenance is great and prompt. The leasing office staff is very friendly. Dish washers need to be added to the apartments. Thats the main thing its missing.

Overall California Palms is a good place. The pool, gym and parking has been a plus for me.
