We LOVE living here! They take great pride in the grounds and apartments of this community. The grounds are unlike any other and provide a tranquil type setting that make it so you aren't staring into your neighbors unit. Trees, lakes, streams, bird aviary and more. The office staff and maintenance ensure you are taken care of and all issues are addressed in a timely manner. Since this community is well established, the floor plans are much larger and well laid out. Tons of closet space too!

The grounds are well maintained and the staff is friendly. Very attentive leasing office staff that work hard to ensure I have a positive experience.

Overpriced, old noisy plumbing, stinky artificial pond full of mosquitoes, stove and dishwasher from the 90s, terrible office staff, Selina the manager is rude, loud and despotic.

We lived at Aspen Village for nearly 10 years The office staff were friendly and always ready to help. The Maintenance crew were awesome and quick to respond to any problems. The Grounds keeping crew were always friendly and kept Aspen Village looking beautiful. We left because we retired and the Beautiful state of Idaho called us to go fishing.

The office staff was always on top of every concern I had. It was quiet and comfortable and my apartment was spacious.

Parking. They do inspections of garages but they do not enforce the parking policy. Our neighbor moved in months ago and has yet to park in his garage. He uses it as an Office. The units across from us, most of them do not park in their garages because they have to walk. There is a grey truck who has a handicap placard and walks fine. He has a two car garage with one car in it and take up the handicap parking spot as his personal parking place. No place for visiting handicap parkers.
