The water has been out 3 days in the past 2 weeks. They only give us 24 hour notice. It would be nice if the notice was actually posted on our door, not just on the elevator, since sometimes we miss those. I didn't rate poor because we got a vending machine and that is AWESOME. Also we got a rude call from the manager once saying there was a noise complaint, when we were not even home. Instead of asking if we were home/making, the call was accusatory.
There are 2 issues that are a concern to me. There seems to be an infestation of cockroaches in the building. They are in my apartment, in the halls, in the elevator, everywhere! This is a concern that needs to be addressed immediately. The other issue is the amount of water turn-offs. They happen during the busiest, most important part of the day. If this is something that needs to happen, maybe scheduling repairs during the late night time, when 90-95% of the residents are sleeping is better.
The gym was removed, maintence is not at a set time apt only given a day and they can come any time from 9am-4pm really can't sit at home all day waiting, people don't put their trash down the trash shout and it smells and get bugs exspecley when the door is left open, when the fire alarm went off and everyone evacuated the building the person in the office at the time of day just sat in the office and did not say it was a false alarm when it was cold outside, the gate to the parking will break
We have had a constant infestation of roaches since we moved our new unit 7 months ago. We had the management spray, and they said they did, but the bugs always return. They refuse to come and fix any maintenance issues other then during 9-5 so I have to take time off work whenever something breaks or the bugs come back.
The visitor parking situation is a hassle to say the least, the front office is rude and stand offish, the amenities are a joke for the price I pay, the maintenance guys are the only good thing about living here
