      I am hoping to have a good stay, but with mosquitoes humming in the ear at night it is still not pleasant experience

      Good apartment living with reasonable rent. Near to public transportation is a plus. Clean and friendly neighborhood. Leasing and maintenance staff are good, prompt and ready to help!

      Well it's been just about a month since I moved in here at Eaves. All I can say is I have never seen such a quiet and clean community ever. Might I add, it stays quiet on weekend nights as well. It feels more like a home to me than a rental apartment. I can stay here for many many years. Maintanence is scheduled in seconds on the Internet, and my issues are resolved within the next day! Eaves is my home. Might I add I'm in my 20s, and pretty picky about things, and a pretty hard head critic! I dare you to just take one tour and not fall in love with Eaves!

      Good Apartment to Live With..... With all amminites. You can Make arrangements for other required things at home as well like. Bed, Couch, Mixer, last but not the least Lights..

      Please take a look at the exact apartment instead of the model house before you move in. Not all shower stalls are resurfaced or refinished and have rusty stains. However some of the apartments have this change in the shower stalls during initial renovation.
