As mentioned by others, finding parking is impossible here, loudy neighborhood, there is always communication gap within their management. All these guys care about is the rent. It has happened many times that they had shutdown the water without any prior notice, and too for hours. Many times there was no hot water. And when we tried to call maintenance we used to get standard answer always saying that we are looking into it, we don't know how much time it will take to fix the problem.
We have to postpone move out due to covid. When we moved out after 1.5 years, these guys kept the entire deposit of $850 and they are asking to pay an extra amount $250. We lived in 1 bedroom apartment which is ~660 sq ft without any damage. The reason mentioned by these guys is the cooking odor in the apartment, which is practically not possible since we moved a week before handing over the keys.
As per these guys the cost of cleaning and paint is $1100 for 1 bedroom apartment ???? seriously !!!!
Very bad move out experience, we will never recommend this apartment to anyone.
Very stressful and unprofessional process to rent an apartment.
Full of confusion and incomplete paperwork.
Some people at the leasing office are excellent, and others are not customer service oriented.
Lots of miscommunication and lack of guidance in completing application.

Leasing experience: pleasant . and they are very thorough with the paperwork. Which is ok.
Move in: make sure you document EVERYTHING. I just moved out and with the keys they mentioned 2+2 in the move in notice.
I had 2 home keys, 1 amenity and one mail box key i.e 4 keys. However, they mentioned that it was 2 mail keys, 1 amenity and 1 home key. I have no way to prove otherwise, unless I sit there whole, not worth it, day arguing with them for a $20 charge for the key. Agreed to disagree.
So document EVERYTHING. Lesson learnt.
One thing I have learnt renting 8+ years now, is to NEVER expect your deposit back, no matter who/where you are renting. Thats just the way it is. Sad but true. Fact of life.
So bearing that in mind, I would call it fair, the charges I had , I believe, were appropriate to the condition that I left the apartment in (with a toddler); which was good, but needed some work.
The apartments are good. Especially considering the layout, the spaces for kids to play, the pool. This is a real 5-star community facilities wise. Large apartments, appliances in good condition. Excellent for family with kids. Very diverse with all kinds of ethnicities. This is not a corporate owned apartment complex. The rent is all inclusive, which really helps ease the pain on the wallet.
And rent is all inclusive.. beat that..
the people who fix the things for you are really good and courteous and the maintenance is fast. We have had to call a few times in the middle of the night and it was fixed right away.
Resident relations: this is most times good, sometimes bad, depending on who you have to deal with.
