Sagemark has good management, but is definitely understaffed in the leasing office. The apartments are nice and up to date. Parking is awful, there is never an open spot after 6pm. The trash is taken out regularly and for the most part very clean.
Good floorplans, pet friendly.
Sagemark is a very quiet complex! It is well maintained and the fountains are beautiful. You can hear them from your apartment, which is very relaxing and drowns out outside sounds. The management are very helpful, rental prices are very decent for this area, and after living in two different apartments, I can say with confidence that you DO NOT hear your neighbors, even if you share a wall. I would highly recommend Sagemark!
