The rents are very high. On top of that, they collect more than $160 on utility etc and that is the main concern. Every lease renewal there is always a rental increase and even if there are other units available for lease at lower price at the time of renewal they still increase our rates and the logic for that is that we are in a contract for this apartment and so we have to move out of the current apartment and go to the new unit to get the lower price. Everyone knows that moving is a big activity and it cost lot of money/time. As long as this is how lease renewals are designed I dont think anyone will be 100% happy with any apartment. This is a general comment about Park Kiely and this comment has nothing to do with the maintenance request performed and the maintenance people are always great and they are nice guys.
Nice place so far. Very convenient location but feel like they have limited number of people doing service request for the number of units in the complex especially on weekend
Park Kiely has stood out from other properties not only by their amenities but mainly by their warm and friendly staff. They go above and beyond to make living at this community a pleasure.
staffs are very kind and willing to help. very helpful.
Many issues on move-in which could have been already fixed by you by doing a self inspection. I am still followingup on issues to get resolved. very slow responsiveness. Unclean at many places. Norwalk drive road is too dirty. Volleyball court has sand which causes polution when people play. Better to have hard-court.
