From start to finish, the level of personal service throughout the leasing process was exceptional; surpassed only by the luxury available within the community itself. Well done! I am extremely please with my choice to reside at Foundry Commons.
My boyfriend and I were looking to move into a place together for the first time. We wanted an apartment that was close to one of our jobs and/or close to public transportation. We aren't outgoing or loud people so we wanted a place that was quiet and fairly close to stores. After looking at a few other locations we decided to stop by and take a tour of Foundry Commons. We made a Saturday appointment and were extremely impressed. It only lacked close proximity(walking distance) to grocery stores but Target, Safeway, and WholeFoods are only a 10 minute drive away. Everything else we were looking for Foundry Commons had. That night we submitted our applications and we are so happy with our new place.
I love the layout and floor plans available. Most individuals, like myself, need a one bedroom and they have so many options of floor plans, not just one standard choice. I love the modern concept and the features, like garage parking, elevators, and the balcony that no one can see in too. It is nice to have that little privacy if I want to go drink coffee on my balcony.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
