Rude and ignoring staff. Constant problems with elevators and faulty alarms. Takes them very long to reply to issues, but they are very quick to let you know if you have a box on the porch that violates one of their ridiculous policies.
Take zero responsibility for their faults and do not provide an option for a two-sided conversation on issues. We have a broken elevator, but all they do is send us silly invitations to some wine greet and meet sponsored by AT&T that will push their services instead of fixing the problem and communicating with the residents about solutions and future mitigations of issues.
